High-Density Operation at a roadblock in Malibongwe

Gauteng Provincial Commissioner Lieutenant General Tommy Mthombeni led yet another successful multidisciplinary High-Density Operation at a roadblock in Malibongwe drive in Honeydew where more than 20 people were arrested for drunk driving while over 40 illegal immigrants were also apprehended.

Furthermore, police closed 12 liquor outlets for not complying with the Liquor Act and 11 other people were nabbed for possession of drugs.

This operation demonstrates the SAPS’ commitment to address criminal activities, ensuring public safety and enforcing compliance with regulations in our communities.
