Three suspects arrested for crimes linked to housebreakings.
Last month, a Charcoal Chery Tiggo was targeting the West Rand area. Information was also received from a role-player that the same vehicle with different plates was used in a house robbery in Rustenburg, where five firearms were taken.
On Friday, the Fidelity Business Intelligence Centre (FBIC) conducted a routine analysis of the LPR cameras. It was noted the vehicle entered the area with false plates. Information was given to ground members to search the Monument, Noordheuwel, Wilro Park & Roodekrans areas.
Members got eyes on the vehicle and the suspects were involved in an accident as they attempted to flee the scene. All three occupants were detained before they could commit a crime. Thank you for your daily efforts in the fight against crime.
