Donated toys bring relief to children after traumatic experiences

We recently put out a request for the donation of soft toys to our community, with the idea of placing these toys in our ambulances.

There was an overwhelming response, with the help of Iris Laundry Service who cleaned the soft toys free of charge, we were able to place soft toys onto each of our ambulances and rescue vehicles.

These soft toys have already brought comfort to children, either due to illness or injury, who have needed our help. This small gift helps alleviate their anxiety in what can be a traumatic experience, but also to bring some joy and comfort during their ambulance ride.

We would like to extend our thanks to our those in the community who have donated, and Iris Laundry for bringing a smile to these children.
