Public assistance is required to locate the family of the three (3) year old boy (pictured).
Reaction Officers were called out to a bank on Wick Street in Verulam – KZN after the child was located wandering alone in the Central Business District. Witnesses saw the boy walking with a female on Ireland Street earlier.
A female RUSA Member interviewed the minor who stated that his name is Luh (surname unknown). He further claimed that he was with his mother and they proceeded to a salon.
Reaction Officers interviewed several pedestrians who confirmed that a female with a child was seen entering a salon on Thompson Lane. Officers proceeded to the business and were informed by a Hairdresser that the female arrived with the child.
She made enquiries, but left thereafter. The minor is unable to provide any information regarding his family or the location of his residence.
