hilst at a housing complex in the Greenbury Area, KZNVIP Officers noticed suspicious behavior from an African male as he was walking along Cardinal Road but when he spotted a security vehicle passing he hid.
Whilst observation was kept by KZNVIP Officers information was passed through and members came in from both directions and cornered the suspect.
The suspect was apprehended and found in possession of multiple copper pipes cut in smaller pieces were he would then sell it at a local scrapyard.
This is 1 of 3 suspects who have been terrorizing the area for months.
