Public assistance is required to locate 48-year-old Pathmanathan Chinappa also known as Devan.
Chinappa is a resident of Petunia Circle in Redcliffe – KZN. He is a plumber by trade. He left his residence yesterday (Thursday) afternoon at approximately 17:00 and cannot be located since. He does not own a cellphone.
