Following vehicles being stolen in the Clayfield area in Phoenix, Video footage was obtained showing the suspects and vehicle used which was circulated across social media networks for communities to report suspicious activities.
The vehicle used in the Theft of motor vehicle was located lurking within the area of Clayfield and immediately KZNVIP was informed by someone who kept observation on the vehicle. Swift Response led to the vehicle being intercepted on the R102 Near white house shopping centre and three suspects arrested, within the vehicle also contained house breaking implements
Phoenix trio crimes members then prompted further investigation which led the team to an abandoned building in the Ntuzuma area where a stolen vehicle was also recovered.
The three suspects are believed to be linked to multiple Theft of motor vehicles and house break in within the areas.
