No injuries were reported following a business robbery in Hazelmere – KZN.
Three men approached a tuck shop operating out of a shipping container under the pretext of purchasing a 10 kilogram bag of maize meal. The female shopkeeper opened the door to hand over the item when one of the males produced a firearm.
The suspects robbed her for an undisclosed amount of cash, a Huawei cellphone, a Flash airtime
dispensing machine and cigarettes before they fled on foot in an unknown direction.
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) conducted a search for the suspects, but no arrests were made.
