DMPS Highway Patrol and KwaMashu Trio Crimes Unit: Vehicle Recovery Update
On the morning of 23/10/2024, members of the Durban Metro Police Service Highway Patrol South and KwaMashu Trio Crimes Unit, acting on information from a reliable source, successfully recovered a hijacked vehicle in Section A, KwaMashu at approximately 9 AM.
The vehicle, which belongs to the EThekwini Municipality, had been hijacked yesterday in the Inanda area. When it was recovered, the suspects were found washing the van as if they owned it.
