Reaction Officers are attempting to locate the family of 9 year old Mekeza Dlamini (pictured) who is presumed to be kidnapped.

Dlamini was walking home after school with a friend when two (2) occupants of a red VW Polo allegedly kidnapped them. They were transported to a house in Waterloo – KZN where they restrained.

The males informed the girls that they were leaving to consume drugs and would return shortly thereafter. One (1) of the females managed to remove her restraints and fled to her residence in Hammonds Farm near Waterloo – KZN. Her
family thereafter contacted RUSA for assistance. The minor cannot recall the location of the residence where they were held captive.
