ECSA crews responded to reports of a large rubbish fire producing toxic gases. Upon arrival, crews began assessing the situation alongside COJEMS Skid.
It was determined that the fire had been burning since the morning, and extinguishment was challenging due to the large volume of burning rubbish.
ECSA, along with COJEMS, worked to control the fire. Later, Fidelity SecureFire arrived with their engine, providing the additional water volume needed to fully extinguish the fire.
