Last weekend saw the second Journey with Jetour event take place, this time at Casalinga, a long-standing Muldersdrift favourite in Johannesburg. Here, new Gauteng Jetour Dashing and X70 Plus owners gathered to meet, eat and share their experiences with these new SUVs. This comes after the inaugural Journey with Jetour event which was held at Boschendal in the Cape Winelands last month.
Not only do these customer days give Jetour owners the chance to connect with each other, but it also gives Jetour South Africa unique insights into the experiences of their customers, in an open and informal manner. Jetour representatives are also able to show customers all the tips and tricks when it comes to the latest tech capabilities in their vehicles, and customers are able to ask staff any questions about their respective models and get better acquainted with the brand.
Feedback from Saturday’s gathering at Casalinga highlighted appreciation for the customer service and dealer interactions experienced to date. There was also a shared excitement about being part of the Jetour family and amongst the first six hundred South Africans to purchase these vehicles since launching in September.
