Public assistance is required to locate 19 year old Mandisa Liziwe Dlangamandla.
The teenager is a resident of Etafuleni in Inanda – KZN. She left her residence at approximately 17:00 after informing her family that she was attending a party.
Her family contacted her friends after Dlangamandla failed to return, but they denied having any knowledge of a party. Her cellphone is switched off and attempts to contact her are unsuccessful.
