Public assistance is required to locate 31-year-old Phelelani Petros Nxumalo.
Nxumalo is a known Heroin addict. He has been living on the streets since he left his family home in Oakford – KZN.
He supported his drug addiction by conducting odd jobs. According to his sister, he was also apprehended for theft on several occasions. He was last seen in Amaoti – KZN in August 2024.
