A suspect has been killed in a gunfight with KZN police and security teams in KwaMashu.
Police say a gang had just committed a hijacking in Avoca Hills, when they were tracked and intercepted.
Three other suspects have been arrested, one of which is reportedly wounded from the shootout.
The SAPS Trio Crimes Units from Phoenix and Greenwood Park, along with Marshall Security’s Special Operations Team, were involved in the chase.
The SAPS says a firearm has also been recovered. @eNCA
