Two females aged 29 & 25 were robbed of their valuables on Belladonna Road in Cornubia – KZN.
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) arrived on scene and met with victims. They explained they had just left their place of employment when they were confronted by an unknown male who produced a firearm and demanded their handbags.
The suspect thereafter fled into a bush. He removed valuables before he hurled both hand bags back onto the road. The females were not injured.
Reaction Officers conducted an extensive search for the robber, but no arrests were made.
