A great example is this morning, when Mi7 National Group’s Control Room received reports on community groups about a tree which had fallen over onto Peter Brown Drive in Pietermaritzburg.
A powerline had also become entangled in the tree – posing a hazard to motorists.
The roadway was left blocked.
So, our CEO, Mr Shadrach Karien, banded together a team of Mi7 Reaction Officers and went to the area, where they
worked to remove the fallen tree, clearing the roadway for motorists.
