The picture of this suspect is being made public in an attempt to reduce crime in the Verulam Central Business District – KZN.
This perpetrator was apprehended earlier today by a Businessman who noticed him stealing scaffolding from his premises. He then called Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) for assistance.
The metal scaffolding pipes were wrapped in plastic by the drug user who was heading to a local scrap metal dealer for resale.
Reaction Officers have previously arrested this habitual thief for Theft & Housebreakings.
