A 27-year-old man was stabbed during a dispute over a beer at a tavern Ramnath Road in Coniston – KZN.
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) were called out to the scene at approximately 23:14. On arrival, Reaction Officers were informed that two men began arguing over the ownership of a beer.
One of the males then produced a knife and stabbed the second individual twice on his left should and once in his abdomen. The injured male was expedited privately to a medical facility.
The suspect fled following the incident.
