While patrolling in the Germiston area, members of SAPS Task team and Gauteng Traffic Wardens acted on a tip-off about a male suspect in possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition.
Upon searching the identified address, officers discovered three unlicensed firearms along with live ammunition. When asked to produce legal documentation for the firearms, the suspect failed to do so and was apprehended for possession of unlicensed firearms and ammunition.
