A pedestrian accident along Portland Drive in Umhlanga has left a man seriously injured this morning at around 07h00. A report from the scene indicates that the man was walking to work, he tried crossing the roadway and landed in front of a vehicle.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the scene and found the man lying on the ground with multiple injuries. After medics stabilised the twenty-five-year-old man at the scene they transported him to a local hospital for the care that he required.
