Netcare 911 paramedics were called to a shooting incident on Tshabacala sreet near Msiza Street in Duduza this morning at around 02h00.
Upon their arrival on scene they found a man in a serious condition following a shooting incident. The man verbalised that he was walking on the side of the road when he suffered a gunshot wound.
The injured man was treated at the scene and transported to hospital for further medical care.
Exact detail surrounding the cause of the shooting incident and preceding events are unknown at this stage and will remain te subject of a police investigation.
