Two people were injured following a head-on collision on Ndwedwe Road in Ndwedwe – KZN. .
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa were called out to the scene by passing motorists requesting assistance for the injured. Upon arrival a VW Golf 7 was found lying on its roof and a Hyundai Getz was found in a grassy patch alongside the road. Two occupants of the Hyundai Getz sustained moderate injuries and were transported to Osindisweni Hospital by ambulance.
It is alleged that the Hyundai Getz was traveling in the direction of Verulam when it collided into the VW Golf that was traveling in the opposite direction.
