The South African Police Service in Kamesh would like to make an appeal to the members of the community to assist them in locating a missing person. Ricardo Rossouw, 30-years-old, was last seen walking in Avocet Street, Rosedale, Uitenhage on 16 September 2018 at about 13:45. Rossouw is about 1,60m tall and weighs about 60kg. He was wearing a brown jersey, black jeans and a floral shirt at the time of his disappearance.
