Gauteng: At 19H04 Thursday night Netcare 911 responded to reports of a serious collision on the R21 Albertina Sisulu Freeway between Nellmapius and Olifantsfontein, direction Polokwane.
Reports from the scene indicate that a light motor vehicle and a light delivery vehicle were involved in a collision.
Paramedics assessed the scene and found that one person had sustained fatal injuries and another three people sustained moderate injuries.
The patients were treated on scene and once stabilised was transported by ambulance to hospital for further treatment.
