A Chinese owned mall building, Xinhua Distribution Centre, in the Durban CBD has been on complete lockdown since the early hours of the morning. Parts of West Street has been closed off as Health authorities and police test people suspected to have COVID-19. The Chinese owned building was believed to be housing people with COVID-19 symptoms and was raided by authorities. The scene is still active and testing is underway.
