KwaZulu-Natal: Monday night Netcare 911 responded to reports of a shooting at a house adjacent to the Anglican church in Hambanathi North of Durban.
Reports from the scene indicate that a 50-year-old male believed to be a paster had been shot in the head.
A Netcare 911 Emergency Care Practitioner assessed the patient who was found in a critical condition.
A full advanced life support resuscitation was initiated however the patient’s condition rapidly deteriorated and was sadly succumbed to his injuries.
SAPS were on scene and will investigate the matter further.
