Police at Delmas have launched a massive manhunt for suspects following the discovery of a man’s body at Delmas yesterday, Monday, 16 August 2021.
According to reports at police disposal, on the said day SAPS members from Delmas as well as the paramedics were notified about a man’s body lying in the bushes at Leeuwpoort next to the R42 Road. Upon arrival, they found the lifeless body of a man with multiple gunshot wounds. The man was unfortunately certified dead by the medical personnel. A murder case was then opened and police began with their investigation hence the manhunt. The man was wearing black skinny jeans with a white shirt and it is estimated that he could be in his 40’s.
Police are requesting the public to assist with information that may lead to the arrest of the suspects to contact detective Captain John Mothupi at 082 492 6862.
