Pictured is a 25 year old suspect arrested by Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) at 21:35 this evening (Monday).
The Buffelsdraai resident was tracked down and arrested by Reaction Officers after he robbed several victims in the Verulam CBD this week. Earlier today (Monday December 13, 2021) he robbed a man known to him. The tuck shop assistant was robbed of stock by the suspect at approx 15:00. The complainant in a theft case also positively identified the suspect as the person that had robbed him in November 2021.
The suspect is currently detained at SAPS Verulam.
