Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) are currently attempting to locate 25-year-old Nokwanda Nxumalo also known as Nana.
Nxumalo shares a wood and iron home in Coniston, KZN with her sister. She is responsible for taking care of her sister’s children aged 13, 6, and 3 months. This morning Nxumalo left her home with her 1-month-old son leaving her sister’s children unattended.
Their landlord contacted RUSA at approximately 20:18 after he learned that the children were left to fend for themselves throughout the day. On arrival, RUSA Members managed to contact Nxumalo’s sister who left her place of employment and returned home. She attempted to make telephonic contact with her sibling however her phone went to voicemail.
