In the early hours of Saturday morning, 26 March 2022, the Tshwane Metro Police Cable Theft Unit members attended a complaint about illegal electricity connection in Soshanguve Block XX.
Upon arrival they found three suspects busy tampering with electricity. The two South African males and one Mozambican male suspect were arrested for damaging and tampering with essential infrastructure.
