Emer-G-Med responded to reports of a motor vehicle collision on the N14 South after Jean AVENUE.
Reports from the scene are that a bus rear-ended a Double cab bakkie.
The occupant of the bakkie was left entrapped in the wreckage and the Jaws-of-life were needed to cut him free.
Once free he was taken to a nearby hospital for further care.
