The Deputy Provincial Commissioner: Policing, Major General Tommy Mthombeni led the multi-disciplinary forces of Operation #OKaeMolao conducted last night at Tsakane policing precinct, Ekurhuleni District. The operation comprised of different law enforcement agencies and stakeholders which include SAPS, Traffic Department, Ekurhuleni Metro Police Department, Immigration from Department of Home Affairs, Department of Community Safety, Department of Education and Community Police Forum.
Several people have been arrested for various crimes such as drunk and driving, possession of drugs, dealing in liquor without a license and illegal shebeens have also been shut down.
