The Police are looking for three male suspects between the ages of 30 and 35 in connection with a robbery that took place on Sunday, 03 July 2022 at about 19:40 at one of the flats in Doorn, Welkom.
The complainant reported that he was watching TV when three unknown males entered his flat and pointed a firearm at him. They instructed the man, his wife, and his children to lie down.
The suspects demanded money and one of the suspects searched him and took an undisclosed amount of cash from his pocket.
The suspects proceeded to the bedroom where they ransacked the room and took four cell phones and fled the scene.
The matter was reported at Welkom police station and a case of house robbery was registered for further investigation.
An identity kit of one of the suspects was compiled, he is light in complexion, medium built, and 1.8 meters tall. He was wearing a navy blue wool hat, navy blue jacket, green pants, and beige boots.
