A hijacked maroon VW Golf was recovered in Waterloo – KZN.
Acting on a tip-off, members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) proceeded to Radish Street in Primary Section and recovered the vehicle on an unpaved road.
Three rims and tyres, the rear seat, headlights, taillights, radiator, front grille, door pads, and sound system were stolen.
A registration check confirmed that the vehicle was hijacked from Phoenix – KZN in January 2023.
