Motorcycle thief caught in his tracks. Members of Manor Neighbourhood Watch (MNW) noticed an individual walking with a red Yamaha Scooter on Burger Street. He was observed and stopped.
However, he could not give an explanation as to where his helmet, riding gear, and keys for the motorcycle were. He was then handed over to SAPS Loop Str. Information gathered suggested that the scooter along with other items was stolen from a property in the upper town area.
The alleged suspect was detained.
