Emer-G-Med responded to a motor vehicle collision on Wierda Road corner Willem Botha road in Eldoraign.
A minibus taxi and two vehicles collided on the intersection.
Eleven people sustained injuries ranging from minor to severe and were assessed on scene and transported to hospital by verious ambulance services.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are not yet clear, and the metro police have opened an accident report.
