Public assistance is required to locate the family of the man pictured.
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) were dispatched to Junipar Road in Trenance Park – KZN at approximately 09:27 this morning (Saturday) after residents requested assistance for the elderly male. On arrival, Reaction Officers were informed that the man arrived in the area two days ago and was seen entering a dense bush.
RUSA Members & residents cut a wire fence and entered the bush. Officers interviewed the man who appears to be suffering from mental health issues. He stated that his name is Sphiwe Mzimande and that he resides in Lamontville – KZN. He was unable to provide any further information.
