Well done to our Fidelity SecureDrive teams and all other roleplayers who helped recover a stolen vehicle in Newlands Durban a few weeks ago. Fidelity SecureDrive NCRC received a call from our customer’s insurance company reporting that their vehicle was stolen with their belongings inside including the customer’s cell phone.
The vehicle was not fitted with a backup unit and was stationery as per last known position and coordinates. Fidelity SecureDrive Recovery teams were dispatched to the location and lookouts were placed with the SAPS, all border posts, and Law Enforcement.
Our SecureDrive team managed to successfully recover the vehicle. Our team handed over the scene to a SAPS member. Well done to all those involved in this recovery!
