A man walking to work on Ireland Street in the Verulam CBD – KZN this morning (Wednesday) witnessed two men holding a knife to his friends neck.
At 09:42 a man arrived at Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) seeking immediate assistance after his friend was robbed of a mobile phone. The victim had broke free & asked his friend to run to the RUSA Headquarters for help. When Reaction Officers searched the area, the victim could not be immediately located. Officers are currently searching for the complainant (10:14).
It could not be established if the victim was stabbed.
