Members of Empire Protection Service received multiple reports of a shooting in progress in the Rockford area of Phoenix.
Members were dispatched and arrived on scene to find 1x bravo foxtrot with a gunshot wound to the leg.
It is believed that an altercation between two parties (in a yellow Renault triber and silver vw polo) had a an altercation leading to gunshots being fired and a bystander being shot in the leg.
The victim was treated by private emergency medical services and transported to a nearby medical facility for the further medical attention required.
