A man is presumed missing after he got into difficulty at the Zinkwazi Beach on the Natal north coast this afternoon. Reports is that fisherman spotted the man in his twenties battling to stay afloat behind the rocks, they called for help but the man then disappeared under the water.
Netcare 911 paramedics the Kwadukuza fire and rescue are at the scene and awaiting the S A P S search and rescue.
