Netcare 911 paramedics and other services responded to a falls incident in Hammersdale this morning.
Upon their arrival on scene they found a man in a critical condition after he fell approximately six meters to the ground.
The man was treated on scene before he was transported to hospital for further medical care.
Exact detail to the cause of the incident and preceding events will remain the subject of an investigation.
